The goal, as printed: "increase positive associations with the Nation of Israel while linking the Palestinian population with extremist factions." Make Christians like Israel. Make them see Palestinians as terrorists. The churches on the list had never been asked. One church in Colorado answered: "We did not know about this, we did not consent to this, and we are not participating in this." By late November the consultant said he had dropped the fence. Israel's payments kept coming. By March, more than two and a half million dollars. Three hundred and three churches, chosen by a foreign government, without asking any of them.
