Bro, if you still want to try and save it, check if it stays powered on in Fastboot or Recovery mode. If it doesn't shut down there, the issue might be a short-circuiting volume/power button ribbon cable. But if it reboots even in Fastboot, then the memory or power controller is definitely dead.
