anyone else with a weird discomfort on one side of your throat 🤔 it hurts when i swallow and it's only on my left side. i keep having to clear my throat 😩 im still super sleepy. i could sleep for days

I haven’t been able to sleep well. Before a couple of weeks ago I was able to take a nap and feel rested after, but for the last few days, I can’t fall asleep easily, and when I do fall asleep, every little sound wakes me up in a jolt. I’ve also had jaw pain the last couple of days, I’ve had body aches, and even though I can’t rest while I sleep, that’s all I want to do…sleep. I have headaches that come and go, my throat is dry, I have a lot of anxiety, and I even told my husband a couple of days ago that I have this feeling like something bad is going to happen.

Since the eclipses, last couple of weeks I’ve been sleeping like crap. I work nights so I usually go to sleep like 4-5am n I’ve been waking up at 6-7am, then can’t fall back asleep. Also can’t remember my dreams, and have a constant feeling “something’s coming”
