@cbsmornings: The man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk will stand trial for aggravated murder, a judge ruled Tuesday — and he could face the death penalty if he’s found guilty. Prosecutors said the evidence against 23-year-old Tyler Robinson is overwhelming and argued that he’s eligible for the death penalty because he put many others in harm’s way by allegedly firing a shot at Kirk at a packed college campus event.
