far 10 . means 10 times the footprint / lot size square footage not 10 floors . total 280,000 build able sq ft . how bout a neighborhood garden

No height limit is very misleading. I just looked it up on ZOLA and it's zoned C5-2. No technical height limit, but a FAR of 10 means that if the full lot is built on it can only go up 10 floors. if half the lot is left empty it can be built up to at most 20 floors.
