1 3/4 cup self rising flour 1 tea spoon cinnamon 1/3 tea spoon nutmeg 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 cup butter 1 cup pumpkin puree 2 eggs Mix Fill 12 muffin cup Sit in fridge 8oz cream cheese Splash of vanilla 1/3 cup granulated sugar Whip & fill into piping bag 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup flour Dash of cinnamon 1/2 stick of melted butter Mix Pull muffin pan out of fridge add cream cheese filling, and crumbles on top Back 35 for 30-35 minutes or until nice and golden brown & enjoy
