Some of the JMB Chairman are from the Developer themselves because they own more units and they make all sorts of rulling to make money from sinking funds.They have millions of dollars in sinking funds and maintenance fees but never properly used for maintaining the buildings and its surroundings any yet the negotiate with all the services provider squeeze them up by getting lower price but fail to realize of poor services.
