The bad part is money can’t replace everything. Some things are irreplaceable memories things that you can’t count for that you’ve had a year that’s been passed down and it’s just been thrown away. This is sad.

There is lots you can do. First step has been done. Document. Second step is lawyer to file a suit against the property owner, manager, and the insurance that covers the property. Owner should be sued personally along with the insurance for 4 times the loss. The property manager personally (it’ll fall on the company insurance but as another case) for not doing their due diligence to make sure the correct unit was cleaned. It may take a year or so but get that money! Do not settle for Pennie’s either!
