Get on top of your hair care… pp hair loss can be really bad. I’ve been using hair syrup oils for my hair since about a month pp and I would say it’s helped definitely.

someone I know had a c sec and she got this lymphatic drainage massage done afterwards and it worked so well so maybe look into that

I was back to 50 kilos by 12 weeks and my baby was 10 pounds 9 ounces …my scar was very small and I used the massage technique from week 4 the numb feeling has never gone for me but actually it’s a bonus haha drink loads of water and remember your pelvic floor squeezes ..loads of them …you look amazing lots of love to you and baba 💗💙
