Moved out of matrimonial home , mortgage is up for renewal in a month or 2 my ex only gets about £1200-£1400 a month she has a solicitor do I have to contribute to the household bills even though I don’t live there I’ve been giving her £320 a week £140 for cms remaining monies to help her with bills she was £636 short so I ended up having to give her £380 towards mortgage etc I feel trapped divorce is going through but not sorted financials yet

So my ex is divorcing me and can now apply for the final order.. we have put in for a financial order/clean break, he is saying he won’t put in for the final order until that has been signed. Now if we were fighting over finances I would understand but I’m literally told him I want nothing and signed all the forms to state that also during the application, all I want is to be divorced. If this is the case what difference does it make if he signs it now or waits on financial order being signed. I just want it over

we have a court order and the mother then didnt stick at it we were grateful that we got more time as thats what child want. the mother now isnt happy with dad from a conversation regarding thw child want to stay with us more and has now restricted times back to court order how would the court perceive this

I have my kids twice a week, if I take a week off work and have my kids an extra 2 nights, can the court force me to have the kids the whole time am off on annual leave?

as soon as she says he abuses me and the kids and hes violent the court will automatically side with her without any evidence and he wont get to see his kids so shes does in affect choose to not let him see the kids
