So I do need to check out the spot that opened in Del Mar! I live in San Diego and they opened this kitchen right next to one of my fave health restaurant, Parakeet Cafe. Wonder how this compares and who will win in the end…

so experienced corporate restauranteures and a culty brand are maybe/tbd making a restaurant concept (cloud) (that didn't work for inexperienced restauranteures) work, by not doing that concept anymore. meh. not really all that exciting.
