Sometimes I may seem happy and okay, but there’s a lot happening behind the scenes that you don’t see. I’m learning to take my mental health seriously, give myself time, and be honest when I’m struggling. I’m not sharing this for sympathy, but because I don’t want to keep pretending everything is fine when it isn’t. Thank you to everyone who has supported me, checked on me, and reminded me that I’m not alone. I love and appreciate you more than you know. ❤️
