Yes we all know you can film in public but why stand directly outside a police station security gate doing it. of course they are going to suspect something as its not the norm. you could be waiting to dive inside, Your carrying a bag it could be terrorist based. Any cop with common sense will come and question someone doing this and yes you dont have to give details as no crime is committed blah blah blah but they are doing their job and being proactive. Should they know your just an auditor wanting to waste police time they could stay inside and concentrate on real police crimes however they dont know that until they come and ask some questions. too many auditing rage baiters out there atm
