These are not specifically flock cameras, but most cities do have their own surveillance systems throughout as well.

It’s LED DMX downlighting fixtures that the city can use on special occasions like holidays to add color to sidewalks downtown. At Christmas for example, they can alternate between green and red. Every light pole on union street has them. The red led’s flashing are just the light not functioning correctly. Anyone can go on Google street view and see every light pole through the downtown corridor has them. There are a few light poles that have additional safety “emergency” blue buttons that the pubic can utilize if they need help. Those poles in particular have integrated cameras connected directly to Concord Emergency Dispatch centers. This is not part of the flock ecosystem but instead CCTV security cameras that run through existing City management infrastructure. McGill associates, one of the main architects of the streetscape even wrote an article about the streetscape lighting, security and electrical components they installed during construction.
