@allthingsbeautybysc: I’m laughing at this now but I really thought I was done crying & ready to film this but apparently not 😅 Decided to share this anyway, because this is real life. Raw & part of what grief looks like. Today is a hard day in my life and in the past I would probably just sit and cry & feel sad all day. Today I’m deciding to still let myself feel all the emotions, but still show up for myself. Grief shows up in the craziest ways & it’s been one of the hardest things I’ve been learning to navigate and work through.
