So what do you think the investigators did wrong? This case was never about wether she killed her kids or not. Everyone explained she did it. period. This trial was all about the frame of mind she was in when she killed her kids. Wether she was of sound mind ot not. If this trial found her not guilty due to mental illness this would also help her civil suit she has against the doctors . If they found her guilty and being of sound mind.She would go to jail and more then likely lose her civil lawsuit she filed in early 2026. Right now she will probably have to drop that lawsuit and not get any money for killing her kids.
