Not always a true take. Some people lack work life balance & boundaries or may feel the need to overwork to be seen as “even more productive” for many reasons such as being black in a non-black work space… there are many reasons for this behavior.

mehhhh at one point? yes. this was a little bit of it. now it is the high level of responsibility I feel and that I like shit done. I dream of 2 weeks during a lull off but am petrified of what Id walk into coming back. they also very much call me.
