I also have this issue with my hair, it's straighter than I'll ever be and holds a curl for exactly 5 seconds. I mean at least I don't have to straighten it because it just grows out of my hair like that and it's very easy to take care of compared to other hair textures I guess. I can also bleach the fuck out of it and it just immediately goes white but also never breaks off.
