Because it’s where I put all the other condiments. I don’t need to be diving into a pantry and a fridge just to make a sandwich. I just grab the mayo and hot sauce from same shelf in fridge door with one hand.

Just a point out, for vinegar based hot sauces you do not need to refrigerate. But if the hot sauce has a low acidic level or fruit base ingredients, you generally do need to refrigerate. It will say on the label though.

I’m legit white and did not know I wasn’t supposed to refrigerate it😂😂. Don’t mind me while I go get take it out of the refrigerator and put it in the cabinet.

I never have never put it in the refrigerator. it's always on my counter. my Mexican and black friends said oh hell no, leave it out it builds my flavor n damn they were right

i like my sauce ice cold don't know why but i like it better just like ranch or bbq like the packets they give you at fast food places, it has to be ice cold
