I did date a guy who was the opposite. He was more cold and distant sober but very loving and affectionate drinking. I would get late night I love you calls but he never said it sober. 🤷♀️

Mine is the opposite. Cool and distant while sober. Hilarious and fun when drunk. I met him when he was drunk and was so surprised when I saw the other side which was reserved. Strange what booze does to people

and then there's me who misses my bed and just wants snacks. but on a real note, this is why I don't like drinking with people my age or people in general that I do not know. they get extremely, "weird" and it's just like. how?? I've been blackout more times I can count, never once did it ever occur to me to act this way, or in any way that was toward me.

Drunk version took me to Vegas on a trip then told me he was going to the bathroom not to move I stayed in place texting calling him he was 10ft back watching me basically get groped by fellow concert goers while not returning to me then blamed me texted awful things I finally found him after I decided to leave walked up like wth where were you he ignored me I left the concert in Vegas by myself and went back to the room. I’ve known this man 12 years.

I unfortunately wasted 14 years of my life to a man who was a terrible drunk. he never really liked me and i can't believe I waz such a chump and put up with it anx even tried to help him. it was dark. it got dark. I left 5 years ago. I feel lucky to be alive as it got very abusive.

I always gaslit myself when I knew that he was showing his real self while he was drunk because the things that he would say were so hurtful. When I was expecting our child, about two weeks before I was about to give birth, we were at a family’s new year party. He got very drunk and because we were leaving to go home he wanted to bring his drink in the car. I argued and he got very mad, people gathered to try and convince him to wait until we got home which was about 5 minutes away. He kept arguing and sat in the car (passenger side, I was driving) everyone told him to get out or let go of the drink, my brother tried to convince him and he got into a fight with him. I intervened and he pushed me. I started having contractions and people called the police. Meanwhile people wanted me to lie down on the back seat but he yelled to them to not put me there because he didn’t want my shitty water and other disgusting substances to dirty his bench.

How about when a person I’ve been casual with gets drunk and tells me things like he wants a future with me, I’m his, he can see us growing old together. I call him out on it bc that’s not the nature of our relationship and then gets defensive and calls me delusional! Some men are absolutely ridiculous to deal with!

Yep....that happened! He came home drunk and told me he was going to leave me! He said he called his mother and she said you're a fool! She has stuck with you through thick and thin... He had spent the night over at his ex's house! It felt like cold water being thrown in my face. Everything I had ever done for him was a joke!
