Akwa Ibom is majorly built around tourism. It's not at commercial as the ones you mentioned which has existed longer than Akwa Ibom. They have a lot of infrastructures built even before Akwa Ibom came into existence. Akwa Ibom can generate much more if they utilize it more effectively.
