all though maybe not the nicest ending... all the kids had to do was walk down the stairs, yet he was going to jump down the stairs on the board. hopefully more kids see this and learn following the rules are necessary. so no he shouldn't.. he did ask him and it's posted NO SKATEBOARDING even has a picture for ones that can't read...

The security knew exactly what he was doing. What a nefarious way to act as a guard. He is no longer "guarding" at that point, he is in fact the aggressor.

Absolutely not! Kids feel entitled as if they can do anything they want regardless of the rules prohibiting, Dan was doing his job and I agree with the judgement 1000%.

he knew he would go flying down those stairs and get hurt. he needs to be held accountable for the medical bills he caused at least. the skateboarder, should've been fined, and community service for not following rules, and when he was told to stop.
