@ghbrain_: UPDATE | Former National Signals Bureau (NSB) Director-General Kwabena Adu-Boahene leaves the Accra High Court after today’s hearing in the case in which he is facing charges over the alleged misuse of about GH¢49.1 million linked to a US$7 million cybersecurity contract. The prosecution alleges that the funds were diverted through private accounts and that the contracted cybersecurity equipment was not delivered. Adu-Boahene has pleaded not guilty to the charges. The case was expected to continue with cross-examination, but proceedings have been adjourned to September 8, 2026, when cross-examination is expected to continue.
