I disagree. If someone doesn’t show up for my birthday things happen. You never know what someone’s going through mentally or physically and the show up no matter what can be pretty ableist. Not everyone is gonna have the same capacity as others and if they show up for you any other day of the year that matters more. All these comments about no one wanting to be a villager as if a village is based on one day
