I know that Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet not the son of God. What do they believe Jesus taught? For example, do the moral teachings Christians would be familiar with like the sermon in the Mount, or the commandment to love one another factor into how Muslims see Jesus?

Islam (SUBMISSION) and the Quran has NOT come to start a new religion, instead it came to bring the WAY OF ABRAHAM BACK TO HUMANITY! It teaches humanity to submit to the God of Abraham by following the strict WAYS and BELIEFS of MONOTHEISM! As this is the ONLY true religion God gave and the only true path which every single prophet followed! The way of Abraham is simple, it’s not JUST believing in one God it’s the ways of submitting to him correctly! Do not worship other Gods, Do not create images of God, Do not believe in Demi Gods, Do not give God partners, Do not give God associates, Do not give his powers and abilities to others because God shares his powers with NO ONE, Do not give him children/parents or family because he begets not nor is he begotten, Do not join others in worship with him, Do not worship his creation worship the creator ALONE, Do not become pagans, Do not worship idols, Do not participate in polytheistic practices this is all SUBMITTED MONOTHEISM! (WAYS and BELIEFS of MONOTHEISM)! this is EXACTLY what the teachings of Abraham are and EXACTLY what God tells humanity to Do! These are the teachings of the Quran and is exactly what Islamic (SUBMITTED) MONOTHEISM is! And someone who follows the footsteps and teachings of Abraham is called a true SUBMITTER (A MUSLIM) Quran 3:95 ‘God has told the truth, so follow the RELIGION/CREED OF ABRAHAM inclining towards TRUTH as he was NOT amongst the polytheists/pagans/idolaters but was a true MUSLIM’ (A SUBMITTER) to the STRICT WAYS AND PRACTICES OF MONOTHEISM ALONE❕this is what Islam is
