ik theyre not the only county to have cars that look like that but I merged the other night on 465 & had plenty of space & have a fast car so i was able to get ahead, the person got right on my behind & flashed their brights. i was just trying to go around someone that cut me off. I break checked & honked at them & it ended up being a police vehicle that looked like that & they just went on. obvi knew they were in the wrong.
