Love you bro. Agree with you 99% of the time. But I must say, small spoons not “baby spoons” helped me a good bit to eat slower and less in the beginning. i’m pretty sure this is just a joke, but I actually do both of these. I eat very fast and it helps me slow down and then the diet soda just helps keep me full longer.
