2 c-sections here; 39 and 27 years ago. can internal scar tissue cause lower abdomen pain all these years later? other than when the staples were removed, not one doctor ever told me what will happen over the years after having 2. with both, my left side was very pinchy for weeks afterwards and that is now where pain is. peace

I never felt like I was less of a woman for having 4 c-sections. First one happened at 42 weeks and an induction didn’t work. Sent me home told to come back at am time. Well bet that time came I went into labor. After 23 hours of labor they did a c-section. Mind you this was about 42 years ago. I never wanted to go through labor ever again. I have a high tolerance for pain. That pain is on a whole different level.

My very first C-Section they had a very hard time even cutting through me. So at one point 1 surgeon looked at the other and said "you put your hands here and here and one 3, we pull." They finished cutting me by ripping me open. So I don't ever wanna hear anyone say a section is the "easy way out". Cause I will traumatize them with my story lol.

Easy way out? Rigggght. I wanted to have my son the “normal” way. (Not sure if I say the V word if I’ll get in trouble) My OB didn’t like my baby’s heart rate and I had IUGR so induction was attempted but I didn’t dilate at all. Started having back labour and within 4 hours I was going for a c-section.

My sister had C sections with all 3 of her children & I had my 2 naturally! From what I saw, I got the easy way out!

First birth was an emergency C-section. Still dealing with the trauma 27 years later. Don’t tell me to get over it. It was brutal

Are you kidding! our bodies where made to give birth. Vaginal is much easier on our body than a C section birth. C section birthing women are super heros to me and I gave birth vaginal 5 times. All birth is a journey we all need to support eachother through. love and support eachother no matter what 🥰

I’ll never forget my sister-in-law walking in my room after I went through traumatic labor and ended in a section. She said I didn’t give real birth. If I could have punched her….🤬🤬
