Chicken Waffle Caesar Sandwich Ingredients: (2 sandwiches ) 1.5 cup Shredded cooked chicken 1 Egg 50g Shredded cheese Salt & Black pepper 2tbsp Cottage cheese (or spread of choice) Lettuce 4 Tomato slices Caesar dressing Instructions In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, egg, shredded cheese, and black pepper, mixing well. Portion the chicken mixture into a preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy. Assemble the sandwich by layering cottage cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and a drizzle of Caesar dressing between two of the chicken waffles.
