my favorite here intense of acting i go with japan and korea i love the script, the story concept and the cinematography. but if we are focused on accurate medical topic i think i go with american because they nailed it. i tried to watch the chinese version and they need improvement in this show because there's so many cliffhanger. i'm not familiar with the other country because i can't find it, but philippines had the same problem in chinese version, and filipino that i have to be honest. there's something missing in that show that's why i didn't enjoy both chinese and filipino adaptation. i don't know maybe the cliffhanger but in terms of acting they're both good but storytelling was kindality pet disappointing for my own opinion.
