i did remove my share of broken bolts in bulldozer undercarriage. Stick a pipe that fits in bolt hole and weld broken bolt to pipe.Unscrew with a visegrip plier.

Had a few heads strip out on me on these manifolds, didn’t figure it out until the last one that an extractor socket much larger than the actual size will grip the flange and spacer
