Divorce was granted on the first hearing. I did not mention the 3 black eyes and broken nose. But the divorce was final immediately. No one wanted to give that asshole another year to cause problems. Unspoken agreement. Document and be patient. Battered women shelters are life savers

They are trying to pass the 1 year minimum separation and only at fault divorce in Texas in the next legislature session . Dan Patrick Lt Governor and Greg Abbot, governor have both supported this new law . Please look at what laws are in the works in your state as this is the Republican agenda.
