@theplantgrove: 🐾 Pet Friendly: Chinese Money Plant, Air Plant & Echeveria Nothing builds character like nearly killing a plant labeled beginner friendly. 😭🌿 🌵 Echeveria Sold as easy. Quietly demands the actual sun. 🌬️ Air Plant No soil somehow became more complicated. 🪙 Chinese Money Plant Perfect little circles until it grows sideways out of spite. 💚 Jade Plant Looks indestructible. One soggy week says otherwise. 🌳 Rubber Plant Move it three feet and it files a formal complaint. 💧 Aloe Vera You loved it so much you watered it to death. 🌿 Monstera Starts cute. Ends up needing its own zip code and support pole. 🖤 ZZ Plant Thrives on neglect. Resents your sudden interest. 🤍 Peace Lily Miss one watering and it performs its own funeral. 🐍 Snake Plant Easy… until one extra watering turns the roots into soup. Which easy plant humbled you first ,and which one has NO business being on this list? #Houseplants #PlantTok #PlantHumor #PlantParent #ThePlantGrove
I’ve killed two Peace Lily’s yet can keep Alocasia alive

I cant do the plants that thrive on neglect. I must have a plant that demands my attention and care.

I have a pretty big snake plant that I water maybe once every two months. She’s thriving.

The trick for beginners, if you overwater, get a big pothos. If you underwater, get a succulent like a snake plant. The trick for rubber plant? Them being a low light is a BIG lie. We pumped ours with 8 hours of plant light. It went from dropping leaves to growing lots of GIANT leaves (it still gets bumped by our Roomba and no longer drops leaves).

My peace lily is actually the most undramatic plant I own. I got her 5 years ago from my mawmaws funeral and I only took an interest in plants a little over a month ago. Shes survived on ice cubes once a month for 5 years 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 she’s HUGE

Tillandsia are very easy to take care
70 shade netting mist every 3 days and drown every week and let it turn white before wittering and let the leaves curl slightly before drowning. Important note water drown them in the morning so wind can dry out the leaves to avoid rot

Add Maidenhair Fern. I had to mist her twice daily or she literally wilted.

My peace lily could not be watered at all in a month yet they were perfectly fine and when i was basically drowning her she was fine too😭. The worse plant to get is aloe veras they rot so easily, repotting is extremely hard and demand so much also calatheas are a pain as a plant too
