@josieaiapp: Let’s say you’re applying to three different VA jobs today. The first client is looking for an admin VA. The second needs someone to manage social media. The third wants a VA who can use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT. Pero ang ginawa mo? You copied the same cover letter and sent it to all three clients. That’s one of the biggest reasons applications get ignored. Think about it from the client’s perspective. They’re hiring for a specific problem. Then they receive a generic application that could’ve been sent to 100 other job posts. Nothing tells them “This person understands what I need.” So here’s what I’d do instead. I’d spend 10 minutes reading the job description. Then I’d rewrite my opening based on what the client is actually looking for. If they’re hiring an admin VA, I’d talk about organization, calendars, email management, and documentation. If they’re hiring a content VA, I’d mention content planning, research, Canva, or AI tools I’ve practiced. If they’re looking for someone who uses Claude, I’d explain how I’ve used it to summarize meetings, write SOPs, organize research, or speed up repetitive work. Same person. Different client. Different cover letter. That small change tells the client you actually read the job post instead of mass applying. Here’s how I’d prepare with the Josie AI app. I’d practice writing different cover letters based on different client scenarios. I’d use the AI prompt libraries to improve my applications, learn how to tailor my resume, and understand what each client is actually looking for before I hit “Apply.” The goal isn’t to send more applications. It’s to send applications that feel like they were written for that client. Download Josie AI app to help you get clients and start your VA career.
