Honestly speaking South African criminal justice is there to fight crime but to nurse criminality. Why criminals have more rights than police? Why criminals get bail within a week? Look now even Politician are abusing the term NOT GUILTY TILL PROVEN GUILTY BY COURT. If we are serious about fighting crime we must change our criminal justice system
