My father was one of the first Tofu producers in NY Chinatown so I never understood why people keep buying these rubber blocks and press them! Tofu pudding both savory and sweet is peak! 💜💜💜

In the Philippines it’s called taho and we eat it with boba pearls and a brown sugar syrup. It’s soooo good ❤️❤️

The thing is that in the Philippines and across east and Southeast Asia you have vendors everywhere who sell it so I can eat it every day but I live in the Netherlands where it’s an occasional treat if I decide to stock up it it or go to an Asian desserts cafe. I would def eat it for breakfast every day 😮💨
