![Chocolate Hazelnut Fudge Cake🍫🍫 CAKE PER TIER [so make this twice] 230 g plain flour 260 g caster sugar 80 g cacao powder ¾ tsp baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda Pinch of salt ————— 360 ml oat milk 1 ½ teaspoon malt vinegar 150 ml veg oil 1 tablespoon vanilla extract BUTTERCREAM [can be rolled into decorative balls too] 200g vegan hazelnut spread 200g dark chocolate 200g icing sugar 150g butter 1 tablespoon cocoa powder METHOD 1] Whisk milk & vinegar together, leave aside 2] Sift flour into large mixing bowl with sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder & cacao powder. Whisk until combined 3] Add milk mixture, vanilla & oil to this mixture & whisk until smooth 4] Pour into a lined cake tin 5] Repeat the process if you’re making a two-tiered cake 6] Place into preheated oven at 180c for 30 minutes until skewer comes out *just about* clean 7] Melt chocolate & whisk into hazelnut spread 8] Beat together icing sugar, butter & cocoa powder.
