Extremely valid point. This is just another example of how that DA’s office is rotted to the core. This is how they view defendants

They’d have to actually have to care about Lindsay and her safety and I don’t think they do 😅

The fact that she lied when they asked her about the pictures and they had to find her photos in her deleted files. Should’ve been reason to keep her Bond request.

I’d be so uncomfortable with people doing the most to be around me!!! And Lindsay has no way of knowing if these parasocial people are supporters or are attempting to harm her- oh that’s so scary!

Filming jurors—even outside the courthouse as they leave—can be prosecuted as illegal interference with a proceeding, contempt, or juror intimidation, as seen in high-profile cases where individuals faced criminal charges for recording juror

If it ends in mistrial does the new jury have to live in the county of the court? I can’t imagine anyone in that county not already forming an opinion after this trial.

Honest question, how does taking a picture of the defendant risk her safety? I understand it’s in poor taste but not a safety risk. I think the risk to jurors is by posting their identity it risks their safety as people may want to intimidate/sway their decision.

When she was mobbed by the press outside a journalist asked her why she wanted a picture of Lindsay, her reply, "why not" 🤯🤯🤯 another asked if she was in support of Lindsay & she put her thumb up indicating she was to which the journalist replied "then why would you want to put the verdict in jeopardy" the PD just kept shouting NO COMMENT but her and whoever was there to meet her kept trying to answer 🫣🫣

No, her wanting to take a picture of Lindsay is not a crime. However them finding a video of the jurors on her phone is. So…

Its because the trial is ongoing and its to prevent others from thinking of doing the same. With how sensational this case has been, it's a valid point. The case will end and she'll get a bond reduction hearing. It's just a matter of time

Forgive me if I missed you mentioning this in another video but in your opinion, why did the judge deny sequestering the jury? At least for deliberations? Trying to understand the logic for this very public case
