Take this video down before he finds it. Order the item match it to your stolen item then report him to eBay. That’s multiple federal crimes he’s committing tampering with mail and using the mail to transmit illicit goods.

Bambu Lab is responsible to you. E-commerce laws and merchant terms state that the seller bears the risk of loss during transit. You are not out of pocket. FedEx is liable to bamboo labs but that would be up to specific carrier $ limits so they may not get a full reimbursement. You must contact Bambu Lab Support to open a missing package ticket, and you may also need to file a report with FedEx Customer Support to get a trace or claim case number.

When I have packages I know will be shipped by FedEx, I have them delivered to a FedEx store, too many times they’ve been “delivered” and never arrived.

Had a $300 oil painting just disappear during transit almost 5 yrs ago. Luckily the artist was willing to paint another one…but if that lost painting ever shows up anywhere I’d know immediately because it was a painting of me.

I ordered a camera lens and when FedEx delivered it the box was empty, it was opened from the bottom and retaped. I know it was someone at FedEx that stole it and when I submitted a claim they straight up declined it. It was a 500 dollar lens, they hire thieves and don’t stand behind it.

@fedex "delivered" my custom gaming pc. I went as far as to show that the "proof" of delivery they had was not my signature. Zero help, the delivery driver got a free $5,000 PC. 🤬

As someone who has worked at a FEDEX terminal 99% of the time it is a package handler who has stole items. I have no idea how they get it through security but while being there we had a lot of meetings new security rules because something had either been stolen at our terminal or at the one down the street.

FedEx opened a designer bag I purchased with gift wrapping. I put it for pickup. When I got to the store everyone was confused as to why it was open wrapping & all.

I’d rather walk my package to its destination than use FedEx, their package handlers can no longer be trusted. So many stories of them stealing things, and even look at that one who unalived that poor little girl!

I work in distribution for tech. The amount of "delivered" or "missing" packages reports I have had to file with FedEx the past few months is freaking insane. As others have mentioned ask the manufacturer for the serial. Have someone order this one. Cross check the serial when you get it. Then file a report. FedEx at this point will not help you. I have had tens of thousands of dollars worth of lost packages from them and they don't care.
