Wow thank you so much for the explanation!! Super interesting. I appreciate you taking the time to go into the details. I had inflammation on the inside & outside of my appendix (a small amount of scar tissue from c section) but I also had a small bowel obstruction and my ureter was blocked from the swelling so I had a dilated kidney. It all happened so fast! I was fine the night before but woke up feeling off and had my appendix out 12 hours later
