Voluntarily attending an interview is like a football team voluntarily lending their centre forward to the opposition. If the police have enough evidence to arrest you, they will. If not, there's no need to do their job for them.

The simple answer is no you don’t if they have anything on you then they will come back to arrest you the trick is not to incriminate yourself by answering questions, hence no comment

There's no such thing as voluntary where the police are concerned. Its just a ploy you lull you into a false sense of security in order to get you to incriminate yourself.. Always ask for and insist on having a solicitor. Say Nothing ... It does Not imply guilt.

If they had reasonable grounds they wouldn’t ask you in for a voluntary interview. Just attend and give a no comment interview. Their questioning will give you an idea as to what they are trying to charge you with.
