SO… my bf struggled with knee pain when running or stairs, it was just one of those pinch pains that just comes real quick yanno, he went to the bone and joint doctor and he did in fact recommend one of the athletic bands like this, this does seem to be more comfy and apply the same resistance it is supposed to. I think we’re gonna try it !!

For anyone wondering, this is called a tendon strap. They’ve existed for years but do like how these have more lateral support
