I feel like he got screwed,he passes the field sobriety test an blowed a zero,he should have been turned loose case dismissed,if u take pain meds unless he takes hand fulls he would be passed out,he was on his damn phone again,an they seen a opening,nothing better than getting a celebrity,I would have fired his lawyer,I believe he got screwed

Even a 5-year driver’s (license) suspension will NOT stop TW from taking pills or drinking or any combination of that. I’m not him but my guess is he may believe he has enough money to pay the best attorneys to continue to help him not serve jail time?! How much accountability will TW have if he keeps getting breaks (because of his money?)? I’m seriously not trying to be sarcastic. Just looking at what happens repeatedly.

Why are you comparing this to a first time DUI? This is at least his third or fourth DUI. Most people would have jail time included with other fines and penalties in their sentence.
