Just done some reading and Googling says this can’t happen in Scotland if you live in your property br side there are anti fraud measures in place, so no need for an alert system like you’re advertising, so why can’t England & Wales have the same protections?

I’m dealing with a rights issue where the landlord who bought the neighbouring flats has installed something that’s now removed my established right of access. Those with money or unscrupulous people will always test their hand in the hope that you can’t afford to contest it.
