2 objectives can be true a once . Some brown skin women might truly love their hair but want braids to switch it up. I love my curly hair and sometimes I get braid extensions bc I like the look not bc of a lack of self confidence. Sometimes I braid my natural hair etc. now on the other hand some women could be doing it because of lack of confidence in their natural hair and lack of understanding on how to take care of their hair . Each women is different and has their own background story which while shift her perspective on herself etc depending on how she was raised . This conversation is too sides of the same coin. I know you mean well. Stay understanding and heart centered
