Sorry but actually some of my best most reliable families are from facebook. You just need to really look into them. Do your research, look them up on LinkedIn, check mycase, taking spelling errors as red flags😅😅 like there’s no reason to knock this when families on Facebook can be just as good. In reality they’re probably looking into me just as much as I’m looking into them🤷‍♀️

Meh I’m paid $30 an hour and I am actually obsessed with my nanny babies and their parents! They treat me very very well. The nanny families I had tried working for from care.com were very rarely good to me, and also paid me awfully. You just need to know how to advocate for yourself honestly.
