، أصل زواج المتعة كان معروفًا قبل الإسلام، وليس النبي ﷺ هو الذي اخترعه. لكن التفصيل المهم: * كان نوع من الزواج المؤقت معروفًا عند بعض العرب قبل الإسلام، وإن كانت صورته وشروطه تختلف بحسب العادات. * الإسلام جاء فنظّم بعض صور الزواج التي كانت موجودة، ولم يجعل المتعة تشريعًا أصليًا دائمًا. * ثبت في الأحاديث الصحيحة أن النبي ﷺ أذن في المتعة في بعض الظروف، ثم ورد عنه ﷺ النهي عنها وتحريمها على الراجح عند أهل السنة
