@connorprestongolf: Stop being scared of a shot like this and start getting excited to pull it off! As a swing instructor, it’s important to learn shots like this to ultimately play your best golf. If you just work on the “perfect swing” you’ll never be a versatile player. These are shots that come up during a round no matter your skill level. Punching around trees, avoiding hazards, getting out of bunkers etc… as a coach, I want my clients to be creative and have the ability to hit shots like this that usually ruin rounds.
