try calling epic. my sister when her account got hacked she didn't wait to text a help desk or talk to alive agent nothing she called them. and they got her account back within the hour.

Hey as someone that deals with accounts (buys and sells), your account just most likely got pulled. Especially if the mail it was changed to ends in “rambler.ru”. Since your school email is oge (original email) it’s going to be harder to get it back. But do contact support through live chat and have them locate the accounts via the old console links. The buyer or hacker of your account unlinked the consoles and changed the display name, epic doesn’t and never will do that themselves.

My old one had the same thing happen, epic did JACK SQUAT. Did not respond did not fix it. Been playing since between the season with Optimus Prime (Rip Peter Cullen) released, and started full time playing during Chapter 5 Season 4.

I think Playstation might have a problem with hackers taking people's accounts that are linked through Playstation because I've seen many people on different games talking about this

If you have 2fa on your account you're safe unless you clicked some link or logged your account in a sketchy website because the scammers have a tools to bypass 2fa

First you should try and explain to epic that you got hacked and everything etc. you should provide concrete proof that shows that the account is yours, eg: Og email, Phone numbers, Playstation username, Xbox username, past passwords, any backup codes (codes WILL 100% get it back) and any old clips or purchase receipts you can find. Hope this helps.
