Update: We finally booked a dermatologist for him, but the wait is 3 whole months Y'all left so much acne advice saying salicylic acid works, so we ordered the KUGIG spray from Amazon for now. It's got 2% salicylic acid and niacinamide, seemed like a solid pick to get us through the wait.
